Born in the holiest of pilgrimage centres of India the ancient religious city of Prayagraj, Rajarshi completed his schooling from Chennai after which he came back to pursue higher education and professional degree in Architecture and a Post-Graduation in Urban and Regional Planning from one of the top Government colleges in India.
